Records Request Form

This is a request for records maintained by the Audrain County Sheriff's Department. These records may fall under Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter 610 (the Missouri "Sunshine Law"). It is possible that these records or portions of them may NOT be open records under Missouri State Statutes and not available for release in part or whole. For additional information, please contact the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office.

Instructions

Fill out the following form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.

The records request will automatically be sent to the Audrain County Sheriff’s Department for processing. If you entered an email address and selected the check box, a copy of the request will be emailed to you. You will receive a response no later than the end of the third business day following receipt of the request. Requests are not received on weekends or holidays.
Note: Payment for open records requests are due prior to the release of any records and should be submitted and made payable to the Audrain County Sheriff’s Department.
